I believe in a strength-based, person-centered & holistic approach to helping you discover healing from past & present fears and wounds.
During our time together, I encourage you toward personal growth, increased coping skills, and greater freedom to risk, hope & love. My down-to-earth, inclusive style will also help you to feel safe and at ease. I employ an integrative somatic-based therapeutic approach to inspire your healing abilities and help you toward your wellness goals.
My specialties also include providing Helping Professionals and Care Providers (Social Workers, Nurses, Counselors, Teachers, First Responders, Parents, etc) a safe space to be vulnerable, address life’s issues and improve self-care.
Sessions may include: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Movement Meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Vibrational Sound Therapy and Breathing techniques.
I received my MSW from Washington University, St. Louis and my Master’s degree in Pastoral Care Studies from Eden Theological Seminary. I am also a Certified Complex Trauma Practitioner.
