I also utilize a variety of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness-based), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to support your therapeutic goals.

I accept Aetna, Anthem/BCBS and UHC insurance plans, as well as offer a sliding scale of $130-$100 per session.
