I believe that everyone possesses positive, innate tools that can help them conquer life’s challenges and reach personal growth through self-determination. I have a passion for encouraging individuals to identify and become the best version of themselves possible. As a trauma-informed clinician, I have helped clients navigate through life’s challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, self-esteem, relationship conflict, and life transitions.

My compassionate, strengths-based and collaborative approach aims at helping individuals build resilience, self-compassion, and develop healthy coping skills.  During sessions, therapeutic methods used may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, and Breathing Techniques.

Whether in-person or virtual, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to support you along your therapeutic journey.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with you towards achieving peace and personal empowerment!

I offer a sliding scale of $60-$100 per session. I am currently receiving supervision toward my clinical licensure, so I do not accept insurance at this time.
