earth growth

We work with adults whose experiences, identities, and circumstances are varied. While each person comes with different needs and hopes for therapy, many are seeking greater ease, clarity, connection, and a more authentic relationship with themselves.

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your concerns, what you hope to receive from therapy, and whether we feel like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will talk about scheduling and what support may look like.

The Benefits of Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy recognizes that our experiences are reflected not only in our thoughts, but also in sensations, emotions, impulses, movement, and patterns of activation and settling. By bringing gentle attention to present-moment experience, clients may begin to notice patterns, identify resources, and create more room for choice in how they respond.

We work collaboratively with clients to recognize existing strengths and explore practices that support awareness, capacity, connection, and self-compassion. Somatic therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The pace and approach are shaped by each person’s needs, preferences, history, and readiness.

Which Path is Yours?

We draw from a range of approaches to respond to each client’s unique needs. Depending on your goals, preferences, and readiness, sessions may include Somatic Experiencing, IFS, EMDR, psychedelic-assisted therapy, self-compassion practices, and Embodied Sovereignty techniques. Together, we will shape an approach that supports greater awareness, choice, and meaningful change.

Somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion can support greater awareness of internal experience and create more room for intentional response. These practices may help clients notice patterns, strengthen existing resources, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Our intention is to support growth at a pace that respects each client’s needs, history, and capacity.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
