LIVE online nervous system and trauma integration support

Using guided somatic exploration, slow intentional movement, emotional awareness, and supportive connection, participants are invited to slow down, discover and receive supportive resources, and become more present to what they notice from moment to moment.

The Ubuntu Somatic Support Circle is an experiential therapeutic and psychoeducational support group. The Circle may complement individual therapy or coaching, but it is not group psychotherapy and is not intended to replace individual therapy or other mental health treatment.

The group is designed to support participants seeking:

  • Greater access to calm and ease within the nervous system
  • A deeper sense of connection and trust within the body
  • Increased stability, flexibility, and capacity to stay present with what arises
  • Greater ability to notice negative thoughts or narratives, and return attention to the present experience.
  • Supportive connection with others without pressure to perform, explain, or disclose.
