Hannah Brumbaum, LMSW
Hi, my name is Hannah. My approach to therapy is person-centered and non-pathologizing. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and therapy is an invitation to dive more deeply into your experiences and desired healing. I utilize parts work (Internal Family Systems) and somatic-based therapy to help you get to know all parts of you, and ground in a stronger sense of Self. You may find me a good fit if you want to go beyond simply ‘coping’ with feelings, stressors, etc., and want to work towards understanding and meeting your underlying needs.
Maybe parts of you have felt ignored or overlooked. Maybe parts of you are working incredibly hard, but feel powerless to do things differently. However your parts may be showing up, we can work together to identify and meet your goals in a way that feels authentic to you.
Throughout our work together, I work to make space for all your identities and how they impact the ways you show up in the world. As a biracial person (Chinese & white), I have a special interest in holding space for folks who are multiracial. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I offer a sliding scale of $110-$100 per session. I’m currently under supervision toward clinical licensure and do not accept insurance at this time.
I can be reached at 314-800-0311 x705 or firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a free consultation. I only accept clients in MO.
